The following pictures show the construction of the panel. The frame is essentially complete and the panel cut and mounted.

Back side of panel - note started to connect control columns (incorrectly as I later found out).

Front of panel - columns sticking through. The bushings in the panel are 1-1/2" -> 1-1/4" ABS plumbing adapters (used to connect the steel drain pipe of a sink to the 1-1/2" ABS drain pipe - remove the nylon gasket, cut the threads down and screw to the panel).
