    Feel free to save, copy, modify the pages linked to above for your own Outlook. If you have version 10.0 of Outlook, then to make the custom page your default Outlook Today page, open regedit and create the following key:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Today\Url="file://path_to_my_file.html"
    It is your registry - you break it - you fix it. I am not responsible for what happens to your PC. If in doubt, get help from someone who knows.
